OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Our client is incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring all outbound warehouse operations
a. Outbound Operations
i. Ensure all delivery orders placed prior to agreed cut-offs are shipped as per agreement.
ii. Ensure all orders are picked and label accurately for dispatch.
iii. Manage flow off outbound orders as to ensure all are dispatched as per contract.
iv. Supporting administrative task as required
b. Quality Control
i. Review all outbound non-conformance with Warehouse Operations Manager
ii. Perform daily spot checks on outbound orders, checking for accuracy
iii. Update operational scoreboard daily, prior to pre-shift meeting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience outbound operations
- Understanding of OHS&E legislation and Chain of Responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
